He’s always trying to take Veronica out, and she’s always rejecting him, usually in a not so nice way. Mimicking what he’s seen on a TV show, he uses a pocket watch to try and hypnotize Veronica. Amazingly, it works. Veronica is in fact so deeply hypnotized, that spirals can be seen spinning in her eyes, just like on the TV show he watched.
