Gabi and Dixie come home to Dixie’s apartment after a girls day out together when Dixie suggests they make an evening of it and have some drinks. Gabi says she’d love to but she needs to get home and spend some quality time with her boyfriend and so Dixie heads off to call her a cab as Gabi lights a cigarette. When Dixie returns she informs Gabi that the cab is going to be a bit and they start to talk about the highlight of their afternoon together, a small magic show they visited. Dixie is amazed at how much Gabi was under the spell of the magician when he called her up on stage as a volunteer to mesmerize.
“No, no, no I was completely in control, I was just faking it.” Gabi insists to Dixie’s surprise.
“Come on, you’re not that good of an actress. You went completely limp every time he said ‘SLEEP’.” Replied Dixie and at the moment she says the word, Gabi’s head drops and she goes limp.
