Claire Redstone (SELENE) tracks the renegade virologist WESIX to an underground laboratory, not yet aware that WESIX has already injected herself with a personally-engineered variant of the Resident Virus. WESIX is now too strong, too fast, and near invulnerable, and Claire is overpowered and captured.
